A striking vintage Czech art glass basket by Josef Hospodka, with sweeping clear and pink glass arms surrounding a rich pink and cobalt blue centre. The wonderfully sculptural organic form and bold colour combination are characteristic of Hospodka’s expressive mid-century glass designs.
Dating to approximately the 1960s, this is a beautiful heavy quality piece of Czechoslovakian mid-century art glass and looks fabulous displayed as a standalone decorative piece.
