A beautiful antique Japanese Imari porcelain bowl, dating to circa 1890–1920. Hand painted in the traditional Imari palette of rich iron red, cobalt blue and green, with charming panels of birds, flowers and foliage.
The softly lobed shape and wonderfully decorative hand-painted detail give this piece so much character. A striking antique Japanese bowl for a table, cabinet or layered interior.
Measuring 21.5cm diameter and in lovely condition.
